My name is Mike, and I am from the Republic of Ireland.

I am on the dark side of 60, but living well and living good. I smoked for over 30 years, finally quitting after numerous attempts at the age of 53. It has been almost ten years without a smoke, let alone the desire to have one.

I have three children, a daughter and two sons, none of whom smoke, though one did at a point. Thankfully, and having followed the same method as myself, he quit. It was this action that inspired me to setup this page (with not a little assistance) to try and spread the same technique further.
